| Introduction |
Welcome to the Learn Songs Section for Advanced Students!
Are you comfortable playing the songs in both the learn songs section for beginner students and the learn songs section for intermediate students? If so, you are now ready for even more challenging material! The songs in this section will introduce four note chords called 7th chords. Two types of 7th chords are used in the songs in this section, which include the dominant 7th chord and the minor 7th chord.
You will continue to learn three more recognizable songs, "The First Noel", "Auld Lang Syne" and "Hark! The Herald Angels Sing". These songs are also accompanied by flash animations that show which keys on the piano you need to press and how the songs sound like.
As you are now familiar with how the animations for songs are presented, there is again one animation for each of the songs. This animation shows both the right hand melody notes and left hand chord notes being played together. You can practice these songs with your hands separately at first, and then when you feel comfortable, practice them with your hands together. Below are the three new songs you will be learning.
