White Piano Keys

 

A full size piano has 88 keys, and they are consisted of 36 black keys and 52 white keys.

Today, we will look at the white keys and their patterns. White keys are divided into two groups: group of three keys, and group of four keys, a total of seven white keys in all. 

The name of keys in a group of three (3) white keys are: C, D, and E. The name of keys in a group of four (4) white keys are: F, G, A, and B. Starting from the left - the name of the first white key (on the left of any group of two black keys) is C. See the diagram below:
